I talked a few months ago about Security Theater. My exact quote was “For example, were we really safer when we could only fly with 3 oz of liquid on an airplane? Or was that (and most things that TSA do) just “Security theater”?.”
I read a great article at The Atlantic. In part, it the Author was set out “to prove that the Transportation Security Administration, which is meant to protect American aviation from al-Qaeda, represents an egregious waste of tax dollars, dollars that could otherwise be used to catch terrorists before they arrive”.
What do you guys think?
