Mitt Romney came in 2nd place in New Hampshire on Tuesday. The first three Republican winners have had three different winners. With Romney taking 2nd place in two of those contests, and 1st in the other contest, he is still in the lead in terms of actual and estimated delegates. I think its important to remember that these Primaries and Caucuses are not a winner takes all system.
